The Kenya prisons service wishes to announce to the general public that there shall be a recruitment exercise on prisons constables (male&female)on 9th October 2019
POTENTIAL CANDIDATES-must posses the following qualifications;
-Must be a Kenyan citizen
-Have a Kenya certificate of secondary education (KCSE) minimum grade of D+ and above or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
-Age be between 18-28yrs.
-Height at least 5.4 for men and for women at least 5.2.
-Be physically and mentally fit.
-Have no criminal records.
-Must have good hearing and clear vision.
-Female candidates must not be pregnant at the time of recruitment and during training.
On recruitment, candidates will undergo an intensive Government sponsored paramilitary initial training course lating not less than 9 months.
